Payment Information for Counseling Sessions
At Listening Ear Counselling & Consultancy Pte Ltd Singapore, we strive to provide transparent and inclusive pricing for all our clients, whether you are an individual, couple, or family, or seeking help for simple problems or complex trauma. We look at payments as not costs but investments giving multiple returns on your future mental health hygiene. Our policy is therefore to charge for our time, not to take advantage of your pain. Our session charges are comprehensive and all-inclusive, ensuring no extra hidden fees and the rate is the same for all age groups, irrespective of the modalities or the number of persons in the session.
All payments are required in advance to confirm your booking.
Session Rate Investment
- In-Person Sessions: Our in-person sessions are conducted in Singapore at A Space Between in International Plaza, on Anson Road Tanjong Pagar. Each 60-minute session is priced at 250 SGD. These sessions offer a personalized face-to-face experience, ideal for those who prefer direct interaction. (Additional time is charged on a prorated basis).
- Telehealth Virtual Sessions: For your convenience, we also offer virtual counseling sessions via Zoom. Each 60-minute session is priced at 200 SGD. This option provides flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home. (Additional time is charged on a prorated basis).
Accepted Payment Methods
We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible by accepting a variety of payment methods:
- International Credit/Debit Cards: We accept payments through Stripe, supporting multiple currencies to accommodate our international clients.
- PayPal: Payments can be made in SGD via PayPal, offering a secure and straightforward payment option.
- QR Code Payments: You can scan and pay in SGD using the QR code provided below.
- PAYNOW: For local clients, payments can be made directly to our UEN 202121229W via PAYNOW.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our clients and our therapists:
- 36-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 36 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be in need.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a charge equivalent to the full session fee. This policy helps us maintain the availability of our services and respect the time of our therapists and other clients who may need the service.
