Counselling Fees & Policy
At Listening Ear Counselling & Consultancy, our counselling fees are kept clear, consistent and transparent across all services be it individual, couple, family or other specialised services. Options for both in-person and online counselling in Singapore. Please refer to the information below for detailed counselling fees, session durations, payment options and cancellation policy. All counselling services are charged at the same rate.
Counselling Fees
Our rate is SGD 250 per hour. All services are charged at this rate.
In Person Counselling
SGD 250 / hour
- Same fee for all services
- SGD 50 after-hours surcharge
- Transportation fees may apply for out-of-office sessions
- SGD 50 admin fee may apply for insurance coordination or documentation
Online Counselling (Zoom)
SGD 250 / hour
- Same fee for all services
- SGD 50 after-hours surcharge
- Zoom link sent after session time and payment are confirmed
- Suitable for local and international clients
- Administrative charges may apply where relevant
Session Duration
The first session is usually 90 minutes and gives you time to share what brings you to counselling, explore your current concerns and get a sense of whether the therapeutic fit feels right for your journey.
First Session: Usually unto 90 minutes
Follow-up sessions: Often 60-90 minutes for individuals and 90-120 minutes for couples or families
Sessions may be extended in 30-minute increments when appropriate
Example: 90-minute session = SGD 375
Accepted Payment Options
Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
PayNow
Direct local bank transfer via PayNow. You may make payment using PayNow with our UEN: 202121229W or QR code given below.
Credit / Debit Card
Secure payment via Stripe. We accept local and International credit or debit card payments.
PayPal
Pay securely online via PayPal. Suitable for clients who prefer PayPal or international payment options.
Insurance Claims
For approved insurance arrangements. Deferred insurance claims may be available with a Guarantee of Payment. An administrative fee may apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
In exceptional emergencies, please reach out and we will do our best to support you.
36+ hours’ notice
Sessions may be refunded or rescheduled based on your preference.
Less than 36 hours or missed appointment
Charged at the full hourly rate, as the time has already been reserved and prepared.
