How to Confirm Your Booking?
To secure your session and confirm your booking, follow these steps:
1. Choose Your Preferred Payment Method: Select one of the secure payment options provided above.
2. Complete the Transaction: Make your session payment in full.
3. Send Payment Confirmation: Share a screenshot of your payment confirmation via WhatsApp at +65-89502162 with the following details:
o Your Name
o Session Details (e.g., John/Jane’s Fee for 1 Aug 2024 at 6pm)

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to respect your time, the therapist’s preparation, and the needs of other clients who may be waiting for an appointment:
1. Rescheduling or Cancellations (36 Hours’ Notice Required):
• You can reschedule or cancel your session without any penalty if you provide at least 36 hours’ notice.
• This advance notice allows us to offer your slot to another client in need.
• Refund Policy: For cancellations made with more than 36 hours’ notice, a full refund will be provided upon request. Alternatively, the session can be rescheduled at your convenience.
2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows (Less than 36 Hours’ Notice):
• If you cancel or reschedule within 36 hours of your session or do not show up, the full session investment will be charged.
• This is because late changes or no-shows prevent other clients from accessing timely support.
• Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for late cancellations or no-shows. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider offering partial refunds or rescheduling.
3. Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances:
• We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unavoidable or urgent situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.
• In such cases, we may waive the late cancellation fee or provide a refund at our discretion.
4. Gifting Your Session:
• To ensure fairness and value, if you are unable to attend a session and provide short notice, you can choose to gift your session to a family member or friend who may benefit.
• This option helps to maintain respect for both your time and ours.
