Session Investment Rates
In-Person Sessions
- Location: A Space Between, International Plaza, Anson Road, Singapore
- Investment: SGD 250 per 60-minute session (additional time charged on a prorated basis)
- Additional Charges:
- SGD 50 after-hours surcharge for sessions outside published hours.
- Transportation Fees apply for sessions conducted at venues outside International Plaza, based on the location.
- Why Choose In-Person? A personalised, face-to-face experience for those who value direct interaction and the therapist’s full presence during the session.
Virtual Telehealth Sessions (via Zoom)
- Investment:
- SGD 200 per 60-minute session (includes a SGD 50 discount, only applicable if payment is made via PayNow in advance).
- SGD 250 per 60-minute session (for payments via other methods such as Stripe, PayPal, or deferred insurance claims).
- After-Hours Surcharge: An additional SGD 50 applies for sessions scheduled outside of published hours.
- Eligibility for Discount: The SGD 50 discount applies exclusively for PayNow payments made in advance.

Advance Payment Requirement
To confirm your session, all payments must be made in advance. This ensures your session time is exclusively reserved for you and allows us to provide a fully prepared and personalised experience.
How to Confirm Your Booking
To secure your session and confirm your booking, follow these steps:
- Choose Your Preferred Payment Method: Select one of the secure payment options provided above.
- Complete the Transaction: Make your session payment in full.
- Send Payment Confirmation: Share a screenshot of your payment confirmation via WhatsApp at +65-89502162 with the following details:
- Your Name
- Session Details (e.g., John/Jane‘s Fee for 1 Aug 2024 at 6pm)
By completing these steps, your booking will be confirmed, and we will reserve your session time exclusively for you.
Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect your time, the therapist’s preparation, and the needs of other clients who may be waiting for an appointment:
Rescheduling or Cancellations (36 Hours’ Notice Required):
- You can reschedule or cancel your session without any penalty if you provide at least 36 hours’ notice.
- This advance notice allows us to offer your slot to another client in need.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows (Less than 36 Hours’ Notice):
- If you cancel or reschedule within 36 hours of your session or do not show up, the full session investment will be charged.
- This is because late changes or no-shows prevent other clients from accessing timely support.
Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances:
- We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unavoidable or urgent situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.
- In such cases, we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.
Gifting Your Session:
- To ensure fairness and value, if you are unable to attend a session and provide short notice, you can choose to gift your session to a family member or friend who may benefit.
- This option helps to maintain respect for both your time and ours.
